Windows/MacOs VPN

For off-campus internet access, you need to install the FortiClient VPN programme on your computer.

Select the version suitable for the operating system of the device you are using from https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn and install it. (No special settings are required during installation.)

Open the FortiClient VPN application you have installed.

Type artvinBaglanti in the Connection name section.

Type vpn.artvin.edu.tr in Romete Gateway section

Select Customise port option and type 42443 as port

Leave other settings as default and click the Save button.

On the screen that opens, enter the part of your corporate e-mail address before @artvin.edu.tr in the Username section. (For example, if your corporate e-mail address is [email protected], you must write cagriaksu in this section)

Enter the password of your EBYS account in the Password field.

Click the Connect button.

Connection is successful. You can terminate the connection with the Disconnect button.
NOTEIn the username section;
Our staff should enter the part of their corporate e-mail address before @artvin.edu.tr.
Our students should enter their student numbers or the part of their e-mail account before @artvin.edu.tr.
If you do not remember your password, you can create a new password from https://selfservis.artvin.edu.tr/.
