Reason: E-signature hold time is too short.
Solution: After logging in to EBYS with your username and password, click on the picture section above your name and User Options will appear. Change the E-signature Waiting Time here according to how many documents you want to sign by entering a password once. (For example, if you want to sign at least 5 documents in a row by entering a password once, you need to make this time at least 10-15 minutes).
