E-Signature CLN01 Error

For the solution, firstly enter the Control Panel / Programs and Features (Programs) menu and uninstall the "EnVision Client Service" program from the computer. Then log in to the Ebys system and press the sign button for document signing. After pressing the button, the following screen will appear.

After downloading the plugin by clicking the Install button, install the plugin and reopen your browser.
