Android VPN (Google Play Store)

  1. Visit the link https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads#vpn and install the application on your phone using the download button located under "Download VPN for Android."

  2. Accept the permissions requested by the application.

  3. In the VPN name section, enter vpn.artvin.edu.tr.

  4. Choose SSL VPN as the VPN Type.

  5. Enter 42443 in the Port section.

  6. In the Server section, enter vpn.artvin.edu.tr.

  7. In the Username section, enter the part of your institutional email address before @artvin.edu.tr. (For example, if your institutional email address is [email protected], enter cagriaksu in this section.)

  8. Leave the other settings as default.

  9. Click the Connect button on the next screen.

  10. Enter the password for your institutional EBYS account on the opened screen.

  11. Click the Proceed button.

  12. Connection successful. You can end the connection with the Disconnect button.

  • Note:

  • For the username section:

    • Staff members should enter the part of their institutional email addresses before @artvin.edu.tr.
    • Students should enter their student numbers or the part of their given email addresses before @artvin.edu.tr.

  • If you forget your password, you can create a new one at https://selfservis.artvin.edu.tr/.
