History

Artvin Çoruh University was established by Law No. 5662 on May 17, 2007, and this law came into effect after being published in the Official Gazette No. 26736 on May 29, 2007. The Information Processing Department Presidency was established under the Rectorate in conjunction with the establishment of Artvin Çoruh University.
