On June 16th, Friday, the Information Processing Department of Artvin Çoruh University conducted a Cybersecurity Awareness Training. The training was held in person for the personnel at our Central and Seyitler Campuses, while personnel from other campuses participated through online connection.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The organized training featured Cybersecurity Expert Özen Özer as a speaker. With the advancement of technology, the importance of data security is increasing day by day. In the training, where valuable information was shared for the protection of users' personal and corporate data, topics included information security, cybersecurity, elements threatening cybersecurity, mobile device security, password security, factors to consider in password creation, social media security, social engineering concepts, phishing tactics, and the threat of identity theft.
